About the Recipe

We have created this recipe for you! Elegant and delicious, you can serve these tiny meatballs as an Amuse-Buche at your party, at a dinner with your family and friends, or cook something different from the ordinary second course.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Chicken

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 5 Basil Leaves

  • 5 Tbsp Breadcrumbs

  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 Tsp Toasted Sesame

  • 1 Organic Orange

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Preparation

  1. Cut the garlic clove into two halves, remove the inner germ, grate and set aside.

  2. Dump the ground chicken into a large bowl.

  3. Add the garlic, breadcrumbs, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and basil leaves (shred the leaves by hand) and combine all the elements.

  4. Shape the meatballs into small spheres that can fit into a tablespoon.

  5. Grate the orange zest and set it aside.

  6. Squeeze the orange juice in a small bowl and combine it with the honey; set aside.

  7. Place the meatballs into a pan, add the extra virgin olive and garlic clove, leave the skin on and turn the heat on low. Let it cook for a minute, then add the meatballs and cook for 20 minutes.

  8. Once cooked pour the honey and orange mix, and cook on low heat till it forms a glaze sauce.

  9. Plate, garnish with orange zest and sesame.

Serve and Enjoy!
